I am a proud fifth generation Texan.  I was born and raised in Round Rock, Texas and an I am a maroon blooded Texas Aggie, class of 1980.  My husband and I live outside of Lockhart, Texas, and raise a small herd of registered Belted Galloway cattle.

 

I spent 33 years in education as a coach, a teacher, a campus administator and then district level administrator.  My mom was a teacher and my daughter is a teacher, also.  I guess it runs in the family!  I loved my career, but now that I am free to have time to be in my studio almost every day, life couldn't be better.
